ORTEM HELLAS S.A., a technology company specializing in robotics and innovation, is implementing the project “Supply of Mini Social Robots and Development of an Artificial Intelligence Application for Providing Information to Tourists.”
Mini talks, listens, responds, and guides, thanks to the artificial intelligence developed entirely by the ORTEM HELLAS S.A. team. An application that “runs” inside the robot and brings technology closer to people.
Who is Mini?
- It speaks many languages (literally).
- It listens, understands, and responds.
- It has all of Volvi “in its hard drive”: sights, beaches, events, routes.
- And most importantly? The Mini is fully accessible, so every visitor can use it comfortably. Because technology should embrace everyone, without exception.
ORTEM designed this project not as a technological achievement, but as an experience worth living for every visitor to the Municipality of Volvi.

If you stop by the tourist information kiosk in Stavros, the Mini will be waiting for you—not to impress you, but to serve you.
